Cromen Amlwg mini guide

I've just realised that I failed to post all of last year...

I'm definitely going more towards Instagram, but this format is better for leaving bigger blocks of information.

As I don't think the mountain crags bouldering guide will be updated too soon I thought I'd do a mini guide here.

Approach

The path is reached off the gwynant- nantmor road, park carefully, not blocking the gate at (53.026534,-4.036404) and walk up the road to the right angle bend. The track is in front of you:

1. Take the footpath through the gate

2. Next gate, diagonally across streams and boggy Field, continue the path to the open hillside.

3. Metal 5 bar gate, through here and diagonal across enclosure to exit .

4. Tree and boulder on hill, will lead you to higher valley.

5. Rock slab, up with caution as slippery.

That should only take up to 40mins, but summer Connie's bring bracken and ticks which slow things down.

The venues coordinates are (53.0266040, -4.0212807)

It's in the shade in the morning and gradually comes into sun over the afternoon. There's some drainage lines but they don't last long in a bit of dry weather.
